The project:
The “Change Places | Change Lives” training course is designed to equip youth workers and leaders with the necessary competences, tools, and methodologies to support young people in adapting to the realities of migration. This project focuses on fostering solidarity, tolerance, and integration by promoting intercultural dialogue and social inclusion at both European and global levels.Migration presents various challenges, including inclusion and integration of migrants. This training aims to empower youth workers with practical strategies to spread values of tolerance and equality, contributing to a more open,informed, and opportunity-driven society

Specific Objectives:

• Foster a more tolerant, inclusive, and egalitarian society;
• Encourage participants to reflect on various dimensions of migration and mobility;
• Facilitate the exchange of good practices in youth work related to migration and
mobility;
• Train youth workers to address challenges and opportunities related to migration, working
alongside local youth and migrants;
• Enhance knowledge of European mobility programs for youth workers;
• Strengthen European cooperation between NGOs involved in migration and youth
mobility;
• Develop new Erasmus+ initiatives to ensure equal opportunities for migrants and local youth.

Participants profile

We are looking for youth workers, educators, NGO representatives, and community leaders who:
• Are actively working with young people on migration-related issues;
• Have experience or interest in social inclusion, integration, and intercultural dialogue;
• Are willing to engage, share experiences, and learn new methodologies;
• Are committed to implementing the knowledge gained in their local communities

Venue and accommodation
The project will be held in Gaziantep.You will be staying Royal Gaziantep Hotel
