Place of Volunteering: Sorgun, Yozgat, Turkey.
Within the scope of this programme, volunteers will take part in various activities and organise events in line with their competencies and skills. Volunteers will help young people and children to discover their interests and talents by planning creative and educational activities to contribute to their development. Volunteers will also support the association in the preparation of local events using their organisational and creative skills.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements: 

You will share an apartment in Yozgat with double rooms, bathrooms and a kitchen where you can eat. Accommodation is provided by the SORGED coordination organisation. You will live in the apartment together with other ESC volunteers. Volunteers’ houses will have kitchen utensils and internet. In accordance with the rules of the Turkish National Agency, volunteers will receive a daily pocket money of 5 euros and a 5 euro meal allowance. Your travel expenses will be covered according to the distance calculator of the ESC-guidelines.

✔ knowledge of written and spoken english on an conversational level
✔ 18 – 30 years old.
✔ Culturally interested, creative, active and open-minded
✔ Eager to learn and share knowledge
✔ Prone to teamwork, responsible and open to innovation
✔ Interested in sports, healthy living, arts, environment, climate change, entrepreneurship
