As an ESC Volunteer, you will be essential in organising and implementing various activities and events. You’ll have the opportunity to experience the inner world of a non-governmental organization, get involved in ongoing projects, and bring your ideas to life. You will volunteer closely with local communities, stakeholders, and international volunteers to create impactful experiences for young people, especially refugees, in Poznan. You’ll also have the chance to work on designs on our social media and organize outdoor activities. You will work alongside the team of our youth workers, interns and volunteers.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements: 

You will be reimbursed for travel expenses according to the established limits of the program. You will share a room with other volunteers. Accommodation and utilities are covered by the host organization. You will receive monthly pocket money for personal expenses and meals. Medical insurance will be provided.

Application conditions and requirements for volunteering: 

✔ knowledge of written and spoken english on an conversational level
✔18 – 30 years old.
✔Motivated to stay for a year.
✔Eager to learn and share knowledge
✔Communicative level of English
✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔Experience in social media management and content creating would be advantage.
