The project:
The goal of the LEAD4Peace camp is to share key issues of intercultural communication with participants, engage young people living in conflict-affected regions in a multifaceted dialogue, strengthen the skills needed for leaders, increase participants’ digital skills, and use artificial intelligence tools.
The LEAD4Peace camp training modules include components such as effective communication skills, intercultural dialogue, productivity, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence tools.
The training includes interactive activities, a learning module, and joint project work events.
Participants profile
- 18 to 25 years old;
- fluent in english (B2 – level)
- motivated to actively engage in discussions, learn and share knowledge with peers, work on joint projects, and contribute to maintaining sustainable peace and mutual respect in the region;
- Able to spread, later on, the knowledge acquired in their organisations;
- We strongly support the participation of those with diverse abilities (disabilities).
Venue
Training will be held in the University of Business and Technology in Tbilisi, Georgia.
