The project:

Entrepreneurship involves engaging with ecosystem stakeholders, fostering relationships, and learning through experience. Unfortunately, today’s educational systems often lack focus on developing entrepreneurial skills like resilience, innovation, and independence.

Our youth exchange aims to address this gap by introducing young people to entrepreneurship through non-formal education. We will also enhance digital skills, teaching participants to use relevant technologies, adopt innovative tools, and understand cybersecurity. Our goal is to prepare participants to navigate and succeed in the evolving digital landscape.

Specific Objectives:

  • Instill resilience, innovation, teamwork, leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Help young people transform their hobbies into future careers through entrepreneurial skills.
  • Introduce participants to digital marketing strategies and improve their digital literacy.
  • Encourage the adoption of innovative technologies and digital tools relevant to various industries.
  • Identify and promote efficient non-formal learning methods to boost youth entrepreneurship and employability.
  • Foster cultural exchange, respect for diversity, and understanding of European values like inclusion and tolerance.

Participants profile:

  • Age of the participant: 15-18
  • Age of team leader: 18+

You will be accommodated in rooms with 3 – 4 beds, which you will be sharing with participants of the same gender, however, mixed with participants from other nationalities who are also participating in the training.
