Purpose of the project:
Within our club, we offer a range of courses encompassing Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Gymnastics, and Ballet, catering to participants of all ages, from as young as 4 years old to adults. Despite having one dedicated staff member and four skilled coaches who conduct training sessions during course hours, our club is particularly bustling in the evenings and on weekends. To further enrich our members’ experiences, we plan to leverage the assistance of our dedicated ESC volunteers. These volunteers will actively engage with our trainees from the moment they step into the club, facilitating practical foreign language speaking clubs at specific times and days. With a wealth of experience in systematic sports club management, we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that benefits everyone involved.
Number of volunteers: 1 female volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)
Project period – 15/11/2023 to 28/12/2023

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
Accommodation is provided with overhead costs included. Accommodation details will be provided to shortlisted candidates. Travel expenses are covered with a certain limit. The volunteer’s monthly allowance includes food, pocket money and local transport.
