NOTE: 100% of the accommodation, food, and transportation will be covered with the support of Erasmus+. (Covid-19 test cost will not be covered)

Aim of the project:

The project aims to promote the participation of young people as key actors in peacebuilding processes alongside the guidelines of the UNSCR 2250 by creating capacities of youth-led civil society organizations in developing and applying sustainable initiatives ensuring youth participation at the local level through youth peace advocacy.

Objectives:

●      To enhance the competencies of youth workers and young leaders to empower young people to engage in peacebuilding through youth peace advocacy

●      To design innovative youth-driven advocacy projects fostering the involvement of young people in peace processes at the local level

●      To intensify cooperation between civil society organizations for the promotion of youth participation at the local level

Who does fit this project? You do if:

●      have at least a basic understanding of and interest in youth participation, peacebuilding, and social transformation

●      Have work experience in a social or any co-profit organisations working with young people

●      Have led at least participated and/or coordinated one local or international social initiative

●      Motivation to take part in a mutual learning process in a very intercultural setting

●      Good level of English to follow the course and to contribute to it

●      Wish and ability to participate in both training courses
