Project description: Set the tempo! – Long term volunteering
Hosting Organization – Timis County Youth Foundation – FITT
Sending organization: “Common Sense” Youth Organization
Purpose of project: In the summer of 2019, Timis County Youth Foundation – FITT, has brought in Timisoara 93 international volunteers from more than 20 countries which, together with Romanian volunteers and with the community’s member, have set up 5 youth centers in the neighborhoods of Timisoara. The new safe spaces created are now open and ready to receive young people and activities dedicated to them. For this, FITT is looking for 10 long-term volunteers willing to work with young people in Timisoara, to create and organize events and activities for them and to be involved in the organizations’ general projects and activities.
Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)
Project period – 01/01/2020 to 31/01/2021 (flexible)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
Accommodation will be in the Youth House. The volunteers will receive 5 euros/day for food and 3 euros/day as pocket money and the travel expenses will be initially covered by them and reimbursed after their arrival from FITT, according to Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps distance band.
Application conditions and requirements for volunteering:
The volunteers should be between 18 and 30 years old, excited to work with youth, fluent in English, willing to develop new skills in organizing, implementing and coordinating different activities, brave enough to move for one year in another country.
