NOTE: 100% of the accommodation, food and transportation during the project will be covered with the support of Erasmus+.

The project:

“Facilitation Compass: Methods Lab” seeks to meet the needs of educators and facilitators by equipping them with innovative, engaging, and effective facilitation techniques that enhance group dynamics and foster deeper learning experiences and empower them to create new educational methods and tools tailored for concrete target group and the context.

Specific Objectives:

•Equip facilitators and youth workers with advanced, hands-on tools and methodologies for effective group facilitation:
•Familiarise educators with Lego Serious Play methodology
•Learn about the potential of outdoor education activities for personal development and growth
•Develop graphic facilitation skills
•Foster innovation and creativity in youth work by creating a collaborative space for participants to develop and experiment with new, engaging facilitation methods tailored to their unique educational and youth work contexts
•Enhance the quality of youth work and education by promoting effective experiential methods and tools that engage young people in creative, critical thinking, and problem-solving processes
•Promote networking and cooperation between youth workers and support follow-up initiatives

Participants profile:

•Should be 18 years old or over
•Should be able to communicate in English
•Should be willing to develop themselves as facilitators and trainers
•Should take part in the whole period of the training course
•Should be ready to promote activities in own community after the training course ends
