Purpose of the project: We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team and help make a positive impact in our community. In this role, you’ll assist with planning, organizing, and carrying out a range of activities, including game nights, lectures, and craft sessions. Your support will also extend to preparing event spaces, which involves setting up and cleaning up before and after events. In addition to event-related tasks, you’ll handle various administrative duties. This includes maintaining communication with volunteers and external partners to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also help with running errands, such as shopping and addressing special requests from the facility or visitors. Providing transportation is another key aspect of this role. You’ll drive visitors to appointments, events, and shopping trips, ensuring they arrive safely and on time. Additionally, you’ll assist with everyday tasks, including accompanying individuals on walks and helping with minor repairs and paperwork. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary if you’re involved in transportation duties. While previous experience is a plus, it’s not required. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
You’ll be staying in a shared apartment or residential home with other young adults who are new to Germany. As part of this opportunity, you’ll receive monthly pocket money, a food allowance, and reimbursement for travel costs. Additionally, we provide a “Deutschlandticket” for public transportation across all of Germany. You will also attend two trainings organized by the German National Agency. You’ll become part of an experienced team, and a supervisor will be available to answer your questions at any time.

We’re looking for highly motivated 4 individuals who are eager to work with elderly people and help bring different generations together. In this role, you’ll support seniors in their daily lives and contribute to creating a vibrant, interconnected community. We value social, outgoing, and creative personalities who are also empathetic and understanding. A valid driver’s license is required, as you’ll need to assist with transportation. Additionally, a basic understanding of German (A1 level) is necessary to communicate effectively.
