Purpose of the project: The ESC Volunteering Partnership project “Let’s make future” aims to promote opportunities and improve the quality of international youth work, to develop respect and tolerance, to support social and cultural diversity, and to improve competencies for international and multicultural activities and societal life among young people, youth workers, and community members. During the volunteering service, the participant will be involved in the daily activities of the youth centre and will be provided opportunities for initiatives and collaboration with associated partners in the hosting community. Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)

Project period  – 01/09/2020 to 31/01/2022 (1 year)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:

VOLUNTEER WILL BE GRANTED: * International transportation reimbursement (to the max. amount) * CIGNA insurance * 4€ pocket money per day * 6€ food allowance per day, some centers offer lunch opportunities as well * Accommodation – own room guaranteed, apartment in some areas * Work-related transportation, if needed (or a personal bike)

Motivated to volunteer; Able to communicate in English; A genuine interest in youth work; Willing to try and learn new things; Flexible and reliable; Interested in communication and cooperation with young people; Able to work in a team-oriented environment but also to be able to take their own initiative; Responsible, creative, curious, and open-minded; Good communication and empathy skills; Able to support and stimulate different types of leisure activity, from indoor to outdoor activities; Ready to take initiative over time to contribute to the activities of the youth centre.
