We provide free training in 40 sports and serve 20,000+ members. We are looking for volunteers to lead English-based social clubs (arts, music, discussion) tailored to their unique skills! What We Offer: Training: Personal coaching in various sports (boxing, football, gymnastics, etc.). Living: Secure accommodation in our Olympic dormitory (24/7 security) with free Gym & Sauna access. Growth: Chance to upskill by interacting with experts like sports coaches, project workers, etc. What We Expect: Vibe: A fun, outgoing person who brings joy to every activity. Action: Organizing weekly activities and English speaking clubs to engage locals (you will work in a team of 2-3). Support: Assisting coaches and youth leaders when needed. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
Travel expenses will be reimbursed based on the ESC distance band. Volunteers will pay for their tickets and will be refunded upon submitting all original tickets and boarding passes. You will be accommodated at TOHM Dormitory, which hosts Olympic athletes and ESC volunteers. We provide Safe accomodation in our dormitory, which will be secured by securities 7-24. The dormitory includes a cafeteria with free coffee and tea, shared kitchen facilities, playing and conference rooms, a gym, and common areas for socializing. Three meals per day will be provided.
Training during the activity
Orientation training after arrival (city tour, introducing the organization, show round facilities of organization, etc.). They will be participate in on-arrival training and mid-term training provided by the National Agency. In addition, In order to make their volunteering processes easier and more professional, they will receive training from experts on subjects such as language teaching and event management.
Participant profile
We are looking for short-term volunteers who have these kinds of skills: Patient Teamwork, Adaptability to flexible working hours, Smiling, Sportive personality, Knowledge, and experience in sports courses and youth activities, Having no obstacles to travel, open to innovation and progress.
