NOTE: 100% of the accommodation, food and transportation during the project will be covered with the support of Erasmus+.

The project:

We believe empowering young people begins with boosting their inner power. Research and our own observations show that many young people struggle with low self-esteem, which stops them from fulfilling their dreams and doing well in life. This project aims to improve youth work by providing practical tools and new approaches to help youth workers and educators healthy self-esteem and resilience in the young people they work with.

Specific Objectives:

  • To increase awareness about the concepts of healthy self-esteem and resilience.
  • To provide a safe space for youth workers to reflect on their own self-esteem and resilience.
  • To share experiences from our 7 countries on how low self-esteem impacts individuals and society.
  • To provide tools and strategies for fostering healthy self-esteem and resilience.
  • To develop skills to plan and facilitate non-formal activities that contribute to raising self-esteem.
  • To implement concrete strategies for boosting young people’s self-esteem within each organization.
  • To network with peers and develop new Erasmus+ & ESC project ideas.

Participants profile:

  • Participants aged 18+
  • Actively work with groups of young people (13-30) in formal or non-formal settings.
  • Are interested in boosting healthy self-esteem and resilience in young people.
  • Are committed to the full learning process, including preparation, one or both mobilities, and follow-up activities. This includes organizing at least two educational sessions for young people and implementing new ongoing strategies in your organization after the training.
  • Possess sufficient English communication skills for international exchange.
  • Are open to outdoor and indoor experiential learning.
  • Join us to develop your skills, build a supportive network, and make a lasting difference in fostering stronger, more inclusive groups for young people.
