The Austrian organization “Grenzenlos” which is coordinating the Melange program is looking for volunteers in the city of Vienna, Austria. There are several projects by different hosting organizations which are partly on different dates and can vary in their duration. The working areas range from the field of childcare and education, youth and community work, to culture and arts and projects fighting social challenges!
Candidates with fewer opportunities may be prioritized.

All costs are covered by European Solidarity Corps

No participation fee! 

Language: English

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements: The cost of the project as well as food and pocket money will be covered by the hosting organization. They will provide further information.
The travel cost from the country of residence of the volunteer to the project destination will also be covered based on distance. The height of the reimbursement will be measured using the ESC-guidelines.

Application conditions and requirements for volunteering: 

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person with an open-ness for learning and self-development. The person will help create space for learning, communication, connection, exploration, creativity and healthy activity for children and teens. As part of an active team, the person should have good communication skills, be a team player and be able to engage and connect with the people around them. The willingness to learn the basics of the german language would be greatly appreciated.
