Transport cost for Azerbaijan – 309 Euro (this cost is considered to be spent for economical and environmental tickets. It is not for personal use!)

NOTE: 100% of the accommodation, food and transportation during the project will be covered with the support of Erasmus+.

The project:

The main objective of the project is to enable youth workers to learn the European Youth Goals framework in a practical way and to design inclusive activities that can be adapted to their own local contexts. Throughout the training process,participants will address topics such as social inclusion, youth participation in decision-making processes, creating safe spaces, and strengthening youth organisations through practical methods.

Specific Objectives:

  • Gain Knowledge and Skills: Learn about the challenges and best practices in recognition systems and improve your own understanding and competencies in this field.
  • Empower Youth:Support young people’s personal and professional growth by enhancing the visibility and credibility of their learning experiences.
  • Collaborate and Network:Work alongside experts,organizations, and policy makers in youth work,education, and related fields, building valuable connections and partnerships.
  • Innovate and Influence:Share your ideas and expertise to develop innovative strategies that can shapefuture policies and practices related to non-formal and informal learning recognition.

Participants profile:

  • Relevant background: Experience in youth work, education, community development, policy making, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Active participation: Willingness to engage actively in discussions, workshops, and all
    project activities.
  • Openness to learning: Open-minded and ready for intercultural dialogue and exchange.
  • Commitment: Motivation to apply the skills and knowledge gained during the project in their local community or organization.
  • Communication skills: Basic ability to understand and communicate in English.
  • Age range (if applicable): Preferably 18+ years.
  • Gender balance and inclusiveness: Efforts will be made to ensure a balanced and inclusive group of participants.
