Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
The accommodation is at BioArt Village, a beautiful location surrounded by a forest inside the city of Eindhoven. The place is off-grid, fulfilling basic needs, and participants must approach this with a non-wasteful mindset. Common areas include the living room, kitchen, shower and toilets. In addition to pocket money, you also receive food money, so basic cooking skills are necessary.
Training during the activity
No specific experience is needed—just a love of living in an offgrid, forest environment, a willingness to work physically, and an open mindset. You’ll gain practical experience and learn about preparing old buildings for renovation, and contribute to a meaningful project.
Participant profile
We’re especially looking for volunteers who are curious about practical work, and can thrive in a team while also being self-reliant. Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude are essential. We warmly welcome applicants with fewer opportunities, and we ask that all participants are in good mental and physical health, and are able to commit to a stay of at least 15 days. Let’s create a future rooted in nature—growing it together, one project at a time
