Purpose of the project:
We are looking forward to meeting you at Bulbulzade Foundation! We hope that this booklet contributes to increasing your understanding of our ESC voluntary vacancy and it will give you useful information about our association and the environment we offer you. Our mission is to create a strong youth with key competences and new skills, knowledge and competencies in social life and help the peace of the World among young people from different cultures, backgrounds, ethnics and races. We also promote youth works and voluntary works to show people that there are many things to do together which can’t be left undone and they need free willingness. In our project we are aiming to promote active participation of our volunteers.
Number of volunteers: 5 volunteers between 18-30 years old for project
Project period – 15th July to 4th September (2 months)
Deadline: 10 July 2023 (only shortlisted candidates will be contacted)

Accommodation, food, and transport arrangements:
Most of our activities will be in our institution. We will provide shuttle buses for activities planned outside the institution. Weekend trips might be arranged by volunteers themselves with the support of mentors. Our institution has dormitories for boys and girls. Participants will stay in these dormitories. Rooms are for 2 persons. The rooms for volunteers are fully furnished with pillows, blankets, sheets, but please bring your own personal hygienic stuff (Shampoo etc.) and towel for your own usage. We will provide 3 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Gaziantep cuisine has been recognized by UNESCO as a Gastronomy city. The origin of baklava is in this city. If you are vegetarian, vegan or lactose intolerant please inform us for the help of food translation and we will be very happy to help you.
Application conditions and requirements for volunteering:
We are looking for highly motivated volunteers who want to work with youngsters and children or adults with mental and physical challenges. As Bülbülzade family, we would like to give you a good experience and learning process during your project.
Your Responsibilities
• You can enter the dormitory at 24:00 at the latest.
• You can not bring your friends to the dormitory.
• It is forbidden to smoke and drink alcohol in the dormitory.
• You must inform us about (if so) health problems or any diet requirements
