Purpose of the project: Join the Creative Revolution in Cogealac! Are you ready to dive into a world where your creativity shapes the future of young minds? We’re looking for an International Volunteer – Youth Development and Visual Communication Specialist to join us in an unforgettable 12-month journey in rural Romania. Your Role: As part of the AvantGarden project, you’ll be the heartbeat of our creative outreach. Your mission? Designing activities that spark curiosity and crafting visual masterpieces that resonate. From vibrant flyers to dynamic social media graphics, your art will be the voice of our cause. Life in Cogealac: Embrace the Romanian way of life in a cozy shared house with fellow volunteers. Immerse yourself in the culture, indulge in intercultural exchanges, and make a tangible impact on local youth.

Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)
Project period – 01/12/2023 to 31/03/2025 (total of 52 weeks)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements: Your Home Away from Home: A fully-equipped house with Wi-Fi and fellow volunteers for roommates. You’ll cook, share stories, and create a home together. Budget Friendly: Daily food allowance of €5 and €3 pocket money. Explore & Connect: Work at the nearby Youth Center and venture out to discover the local life on foot or by public transport.
Training during the activity: Intensive ‘Learn by Doing’: Dive into the first three months with our hands-on approach. You’ll gain real-world experience right from the start. Weekly Mentoring: Benefit from personalized guidance to hone your visual communication and youth work skills. Romanian Lessons: Embrace local culture with regular language classes, enhancing your community engagement. Focused Workshops: Sharpen your expertise in project management, teamwork, and leadership through targeted sessions. Build Connections: Engage in team-building and networking.
