Purpose of the project: 

The project activities will be concerned about taking care of the community of persons with disabilities, refugees from Ukraine and elderly people supporting the staff of our organization in some of our projects in partnership with different associations which work to support these target groups to ease their life’s tasks. Our aim is to promote social inclusion, active citizenship and EU values and mobility opportunities. The volunteers involved will make a real contribution to the community thanks to their support of the activities, such as caring for the target group, organizing workshops, events and in addition to promoting EU values and mobility opportunities among young people. 

Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)

Project period  – 15/09/2023 to 15/05/2024 (8 months)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:

Accommodation is organized and paid by the hosting organization For food hosting organization secured monthly amount of 150 EUR + 150 EUR pocket money. Transport to the destination country (and back home) is paid by hosting organization depending about Erasmus+ distance calculator. 

Application conditions and requirements for volunteering: 

This call is open to all young people aged between 18 and 30 years old. We generally look for volunteers who are dynamic, creative, sociable, patient, able to work in a team, sociable, flexible, and creative: we would like to host people with interesting hobbies, with their own ideas, and open to different cultures. However, we also look for volunteers who like social media management and graphic design (e.g. video and photo editing). Nevertheless, strong motivation, willingness to see and to do something new, curiosity about the world and other cultures are welcome 🙂
