Purpose of the project: The National Youth Card Association(NYCA) in Bulgaria is a member organization of the European Youth Card Association(EYCA). The organization’s activities follow EYCA’s structure which covers 2 pillars-youth discounts and opportunities. Through the first pillar, NYCA offers young people different discounts for travel, accommodation, culture, sports, education and services in 36 countries. It is a great tool to support youth journey and broaden horizons, access to culture and entertainment, further education and leadership enriching life. Through the second pillar, our work covers a wide range of youth activities and projects that stem from our desire to secure access to quality youth information, meaningful youth participation and empowerment based on competencies development. Essentially NYCA creates a space for young people to develop all necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to be civically engaged and to play a significant role in shaping their community in a positive way.
Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)
Project period – 01/10/2023 to 31/10/2024 (1 year and 1 month)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
Accommodation is provided with overhead costs included. Accommodation details will be provided to shortlisted candidates. Travel expenses are covered with a certain limit. The volunteer’s monthly allowance includes food, pocket money and local transport.
