Purpose of the project:
The organisation coordinates the work of seven youth rooms based in different villages. Young people aged 7-26 are welcome to join our wide range of leisure activities organised by our permanent staff or initiate their own projects. Our youth workers provide support and guidance. Our core values are inclusion, cultural diversity and promotion of non-formal education.
Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)
Project period: 01/03/2023 to 31/12/2023 (10 months)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
The volunteer will be housed in a shared flat in a small town one hour from Tallinn.
There is good bus and train connection between villages in the area as well as with the capital.
Application conditions and requirements for volunteering:

-Willing to contribute to community-building and inclusion.
-Prepared for living in rural Estonia.
-Proactive person, interested in teamwork, self-development
