Purpose of the project:
Support the development of activities for local communities including youngsters and elderly, which will involve the preparation of group dynamics, team building activities, language activities, cultural activities, recycling workshops, sport activities and others, always with the associations team at CIM’s office. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
– Non formal education workshops and school’s support, where the volunteers will have the chance to have direct contact with children and youth as well as with local community with organising several outdoor activities;
– Support in the international relationships, helping the team in the organisation of International events, for the promotion of volunteerism in various subjects and International Training and Exchange Programs.
– Prepare and implement a personal project to develop yourself and your hobbies. Normal activity hours will be around 7 hours per day (depends on a season).
Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)
Projects’ period: 01/03/2023 to 29/02/2024 (12 months)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
Volunteers will stay in a Hostel in the area of the city centre of Poznań in the shared or individual rooms with fridges and bedsheets, and access to the bathrooms. In the close area there are shops, a supermarket, library and bus stop just in front of the hostel. CIM Horyzonty will provide local transportation cards for each volunteer. Volunteers will have pocket money provided for food & expenses.
Application conditions and requirements for volunteering:
Interested volunteers have to be enthusiastic, active, with some experience in these fields or strongly motivated to gain some experience.. They need to like to develop their competences and have fun with non formal education. They should communicate in English. Age between 18 and 30 years old. They have to share values of our organization: committed civic peace attitude, transcultural, anti-discrimination approach, open minded for cultural and social differences, inclusion, diversity and cross-cultural collaboration not only in activities/work but in every day life behaviour.
