We expect volunteers to be open, communicating, patient and highly motivated to work in different organisations. They should also be independent and prepared for a variety of work. We appreciate creativity and our own initiative. It is good if the volunteer has the basic English skills and is ready to learn Polish, which is very helpful in the everyday lives of volunteers.
