The project: 

This is a one-stage Training Course aiming to convey wisdom and knowledge of agriculture and entrepreneurship, known as agripreneurship (AE) in combination with agrotherapy and healthy food among youth workers. The project is designed in a way to keep a balance between theory and practice – to make it a chain of learning by doing the process. Participants will be able to gain theoretical knowledge from the experts in the field and be involved in different activities with local farmers, entrepreneurs, and agropreneurs. The key objectives of the project:

➢To explore and promote the potential of agropreneurship and agrotheraphy

➢To understand the role of sustainable development and ecological life

➢To present social entrepreneurship and farming as a tool for self-employment

➢To raise capacity, skills and proficiency of youth workers by using non-formal education

➢To raise awareness about EU common agriculture policy and grant opportunities for startup farmers

➢ To promote healthy food and a healthy lifestyle

➢ To provide a multi-cultural platform for participants coming from rural areas to discover the diversity

➢ To help encourage inter-cultural cooperation and appreciation of the diversities within EU and partner countries


➢ To explore cultural tolerance in a multicultural environment, diversity of rural communities

➢ To promote the active participation of youth living in rural areas and in general

Who does fit this project? 

You do, if you are:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Fluent in English (B2)
  • Youth worker, an educator, young social entrepreneur, agripreneur, engaged or willing to engage in the field of agripreneurship;
  • Motivated to explore new ideas and methods
  • Willing to develop project idea of agro/entrepreneurship
