Aim of the project:

This LTTC consists of two mobilities – a training course and a seminar, where the second TC compliments the first one. Our idea is to multiply the results of the project as much as possible so we expect participants of the first part to share the results of what they have learned in the local community with their colleagues – youth workers, leaders, teachers. After that, we expect that ONE participant from the first part will come back for the second part, the other 2 participants will be newcomers – willing to explore the approaches in facilitation for the better quality of youth work they do. The first training course will focus on general aspects of facilitation, diverse techniques and communication models

The key objectives of the project:

  • to uncover “facilitation” in diverse youth work realities
  • to learn about the basics of intercultural facilitation and how it can serve social inclusion of young people from different backgrounds
  • to develop an essential facilitation competences
  • to discover diverse facilitation techniques and tools for inclusive youth work
  • to get to know and practice some of the innovative tools and methodologies in facilitation
(Lego Serious Play, Outdoor methodology, IT tools, Drama and Improvisation, Visual tools)
  • to develop visual facilitation skills
  • to share good practices in intercultural facilitation in education and youth work
  • to reflect on the ways of facilitating intercultural groups members of which face hostile attitudes towards one another
  • to learn more about the opportunities of Eramsus+ programme.
