Purpose of the project: 

The Maison des Associations a.s.b.l. (non-profit association) gathers federations and associations of members of immigrant origin. The objective is to work for the integration of foreigners in Luxembourg (47% of the total population of the country in 2020). The association develops intercultural and intergenerational activities. 

– Participation in projects 

– Accompaniment of young people in a project on discrimination – Production and editing of videos 

– Production of multimedia content for the website and social networks 

– Management of the communication of members and projects 

– Creation of flyers and other communication tools

 – Follow-up of press relations

Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)

Project period – 01/10/2021 to 30/09/2022 (12 months)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements: 

The association provides accommodation for the volunteers in a room in Luxembourg City. The team accompanies the volunteer in his mission and a tutor appointed by the association helps him to better integrate into the country. The volunteer has the possibility to follow courses in Luxembourgish, French or German if he/she wishes.

Application conditions and requirements for volunteering: 

Interest in intercultural issues and the fight against discrimination; taste for cinema, Internet, social networks and media; skills in graphic design, video editing.
