Purpose of the project:
Youth Development and Integration Association STRIM was established in 2001 in Cracow, as a non-governmental organisation, gathering people sensitive to social issues. It is one of the biggest organisations working with the European Solidarity Corps in Poland. We want to develop national and European awareness; moreover, we initiate and promote all forms of youth activities. To do so, we organize training, seminars, conferences, public events,meetings and youth exchanges. We also realise Strategic Partnerships projects designed to develop and share innovative practices and promote cooperation, peer learning,and exchange of experiences in fields of education,training,and youth
Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)
Project period – 01/11/2021 to 31/07/2022 (9 months)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
Travelling : Tickets for the flight from the home country of the volunteer to Cracow will be reimbursed by the receiving organisation STRIM to the volunteer or the supporting organisation in the maximum amount agreed in the grant application to the value of the ticket.
Accommodation : A flat will be assigned to you. You will live with 3 or 5 foreign volunteers and one of them is going to share the room with you. In General,the bedroomsarefor2people.Of Course,it is important to look after personal hygiene, keep your space tidy and clean.The Flat is equipped with basic furniture and equipment.You Don’t Need To Bring Additional Belongings (cutlery,plates,cups,etc). However, you will need to bring bedclothes, sheets, linen, pillow cover or can buy the minstore after your arrival. Additionally, you will have to pay a deposit of about €120,and eventually,it will be returned at the renting period.
Pocket money : Pocket money will be given to volunteers by the coordinating organisation every month(around €120 per month). Generally It should’ve €4 per day. Food money is 400 polish złoty per month.With the prices in Poland,this is the average student budget for food.
Application conditions and requirements for volunteering:
We are looking for 32 motivated volunteers to work mostly with children but also with teenagers, children with disabilities, and seniors in the 12 Receiving organizations.
