Purpose of the project: The goal of the project and tasks for volunteers are: to develop your cooperation capacity, to provide benefit to our local young people by doing effective social responsibility projects, to provide organizational interaction by taking advantage of organizational skills of volunteers between us and them. Also to raise the awareness of European citizenship, to encourage our local volunteers as well as EVS volunteers to learn new languages, to support intercultural collaborations, to break stereotypes, to promote intercultural convergence, to promote gender equality, and the concept of volunteering, as well as to raise the qualifications needed in the future career of volunteers. Our volunteers should be active, open minded, and willing to learn and to share their experience.
Number of volunteers: 2 volunteers between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)
Project period – 24/10/2020 to 22/12/2020 (2 months)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
KYC will host the volunteers in rented apartments in the city center of Karaman. Accommodation will assure good living conditions (private beds with sharing rooms for 2,equipped kitchen and bathroom, heating system, running cold/ hot water, Wi-Fi). The sending organisation is responsible for organizing tickets and arranging the travel of the volunteer. Grant for travel costs is maximum 275€ per participant. The participant will have individual support and food money from the hosting organization.
Application conditions and requirements for volunteering:
Within the project we will host young, creative, open minded people, aged between 18-30. In total we will host 6 ESC volunteers mostly from Italy, Ukraine and Azerbaijan 2 by 2.
