Long term ESC project in Austria!

Project name: Volunteer in a youth centre ClickIn

Purpose of the project: The Volunteer will be active in the youth centre ClickIn Gratwein-Strassengel town, which is situated 10 km north from Graz. It’s opened for 5 days/week in the afternoon and children and youngsters spend their freetime there. Main target group are youngsters between 11 and 18 years old. Youth center gives a possibility to enjoy a lot of different activities and to meet new friends there. Youth Centre team organises educational workshops, sport events, game nights, cooking classes, excursions. Youngsters can also come and play billiard, darts, board games and join other activities with their peers. Moreover, youngster can get a support if they have any problems. Each year ClickIn is organizing an international Soccer Cup in July: an international football turnier for non-professional teams.
Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)
Project period – 01/03/2020 to 31/07/2020 (5 months)

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements:
Volunteer will live in a shared apartment in Graz. S/he will be provided with monthly ticket to Gratwein as well as with a bicycle. A volunteer will get 250 eur for his/her self-supply and 150 eur pocket money per month.
Application conditions and requirements for volunteering:
We are looking for a volunteer who is interested in young people problems and wishes. S/he should be able to get along with kids, be active and able to organize activities for a group of people. We are not specified in gender, but the person should have interest in sports, music and youth culture. All special interests and possible talents of the volunteer are highly welcome. We ask candidates to write about their interests and possible activities that they can organise in motivation statement.
