Long term ESC projects in Spain!

Purpose of the project: 1. BaumannLab is a youth creationa “laboratory” in the city of Terrassa, focused on the production and support of multidisciplinar artistic creation, with visual and contemporary arts as a principal focus of interest. Is a project depending on the Youth Department of the City Council of Terrassa. Its main objectives are: Encourage the development of the critical attitude of young people through artistic practices. Show the youth creative perspective to the citizens of Terrassa. Provide training and professionalization of young artists about contemporary art practices. Promote artistic research and development and production of artistic work processes. Encourage the production of collective creativity through the establishment of a network of relationships between institutions, organizations, groups and other stakeholders with common goals to BaumannLab and through transversal work between programs Service Child Youth and Recreation.
2. We are searching for 2 ESC to support our team on: – Promote volunteerism, European Solidarity Corps, Erasmus+ opportunities: preparing talks in highschools and youth centers, share your experience… – Provide information about international mobility to young people in the Youth Information Center – Support the office team on administrative tasks, like searching and contacting partners, preparing documents, writing and answering mails – Support the sending of participants to international projects: pre-departure preparation of volunteers and participants to youth exchanges; creating and writing projects, supporting the development of some of these projects and organizing actively at least one of the projects (Youth Exchange or Training Course). – Being involved in the activities of La Víbria: local events, activities in the schools, activities related to interculturality. – Help on the dinamisation of social networks of the organisation.
Number of volunteers: 1 volunteer for each project between 18-30 years old (Only Azerbaijani citizenship)

Accommodation, food and finance arrangements: Pocket money and food money : 275€/month Transports: some bikes are available for the use of our volunteers.You’ll be living in a full equipped flat in the center of Terrassa, with other ESC volunteers.
